整機特點
UN3系列對焊機是為銅鋁管插入式專用電阻焊接設(shè)備，它可
替代原先使用的專用高壓閃光對焊機。系統(tǒng)采用了可編程序邏輯
控制器（PLC）為動作邏輯控制單元，專用微電腦焊接控制器為
焊接工藝控制單元，使用高品質(zhì)鋁合金氣缸和高精度含油軸承與
精密機床用高精度光桿配合來保證機械動作的精度。具有可靠的
焊接質(zhì)量，控制與調(diào)整直觀簡便，生產(chǎn)效率高，基本無漏焊漏氣
現(xiàn)象，產(chǎn)成品率高等優(yōu)點，同時克服了原來焊接工藝需要對焊接
管內(nèi)二次加工和工作電壓高易出事故的缺點。
裝有初級恒壓和次級恒流的控制系統(tǒng)，確保大量生產(chǎn)，焊接
質(zhì)量和焊接效果完全一致， 可儲存多種不同規(guī)范，根據(jù)不同的管
徑調(diào)用不同的規(guī)范，操作簡單，效率高，廣泛應(yīng)用于空調(diào)、冰箱、
冷柜、冷庫、壓縮機等行業(yè)。
