BS 476-7:1997 火焰表面延伸等級測試

BS 476-7: Fire tests on building materials and structures-Part 7 method of test to determine the classification of the surface spread of flame of products.

BS 476-7:1997 測試方法

測試方法是在燃燒箱內(nèi)點燃燒樣品，點燃源為燃氣輻射板及中型燃氣噴燈。輻射板的輻射強度在離75mm處為32.5kw/m2(表面),噴燈的火焰高75-100mm, 與輻射板在同一方向施加于試樣。
樣品暴露在輻射熱源板下10min。記錄1.5分鐘及10分鐘樣品的火焰?zhèn)鞑コ潭?。測試結(jié)果分成4個等級，4級材料火災危險性很高，不允許用為建材。

火焰表面延伸等級評估: 最差要求為Class 2, 允許等級為Class 1或Class 2
