　　巴氏合金的正常顏色是無(wú)光澤的銀白色，若出現(xiàn)白黃色，說(shuō)明合金溫度過(guò)高，質(zhì)量差。若黃色較重，應(yīng)重新澆鑄。用銅質(zhì)小錘沿軸瓦表面順次輕輕敲打，正常時(shí)，發(fā)出清脆的聲音。當(dāng)發(fā)出濁、啞雜音時(shí)，說(shuō)明合金與底瓦粘合不好或有裂紋、孔洞等。澆鑄表面若有深度大于加工余量的大氣孔、裂紋或澆鑄不完全等現(xiàn)象，要重新澆鑄，在加工過(guò)程中，可進(jìn)行補(bǔ)焊后，再加工。澆鑄好的軸瓦，經(jīng)過(guò)機(jī)械加工和刮研，就可以完全恢復(fù)原來(lái)的幾何形狀和尺寸配合的性質(zhì)。

　　按國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，巴氏合金可以分為錫基合金和鉛基合金兩種。鉛基合金的強(qiáng)度和硬度比錫基合金低，耐蝕性也差。所以客戶在使用巴氏合金的時(shí)候，通常選用錫基合金，其常用的牌號(hào)有ZChSnSb11-6、ZChSnSb8-4、ZChSnSb8-8等。盡管鉛基合金的性能沒(méi)有錫基合金好，但是有許多客戶仍然選擇使用，因?yàn)樗褂闷饋?lái)比較經(jīng)濟(jì)，其常用的牌號(hào)有ZChPbSb16-16-2、ZChPbSb1-16-1等。
