熱交換器、風(fēng)冷凝器選用優(yōu)質(zhì)銅管帶純鋁鰭片，攏流結(jié)構(gòu)換熱產(chǎn)率高、因而體積小，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊。筒體材料選用不銹鋼或碳鋼鍍鋅，可避免對(duì)壓縮空氣的二次污染。制冷控制元件均采用世界上最先進(jìn)的丹麥丹佛斯（DANROSS）和美國(guó)波斯蘭（SPORLAN）、（ALCO）等制冷元件，性能優(yōu)良。具有熱力膨脹閥的節(jié)流降壓功能，熱氣旁通閥的能量調(diào)節(jié)功能，過(guò)電流、過(guò)負(fù)載、冷媒高壓保護(hù)等功能。

氣液分離器采用旋風(fēng)分離與不銹鋼絲網(wǎng)捕霧有機(jī)結(jié)合，具有氣液分離效果徹底，避免水份的二次蒸發(fā)，確保冷干機(jī)的干燥效果。它比旋風(fēng)分離器性能好，同時(shí)又比過(guò)濾式氣液分離器使用成體低，具有較高性能價(jià)格比。水冷凝器為優(yōu)質(zhì)低翅銅管，慢水流、多沖程，換熱效率高，長(zhǎng)期使用不宜結(jié)垢。自動(dòng)排水器按需設(shè)置，除水加節(jié)能，效果好；浮球式，電子定時(shí)可選擇。外轉(zhuǎn)子冷風(fēng)扇，大風(fēng)量、低噪聲，頻繁啟停長(zhǎng)壽命。
